It appears there's very little written about Penn, so I had difficulty in piecing his back story together. I searched the internet, but couldn't find anything to tell me where he came from or how he came about being introduced to Ellowyne. I also wonder why Robert Tonner never gave Penn a surname?
However, I was happy to receive this handsome chap, he is certainly more attractive than Rufus.
